About Me

Hi, I’m Holly

Leadership Coach for Overachievers

I’m on a mission to help as many overachievers as possible go from “human doings” back to “human beings”.

I believe it’s possible for you to hack your way to time and energy freedom and get back to your Lit Up Life. I’m blunt and swear like a sailor…probably because I was one. I won’t let you get away with not believing in yourself.

I’m a self-proclaimed geek and love anything to do with technology, the brain and energy. I spent 30+ years in tech, creating software and services, so I get the challenges of corporate life.

I love puzzles and how everything fits together to make us each unique.

I’m a rebel and I don’t like to be told what to do. Maybe you don’t either. We’ll work together to find the way that works for you.

My superpower is being able to hear how you are draining your energy and when you are lying to yourself.  I can point it out to you and you get to choose whether you want to do something about it or not. We’ll experiment with a variety of methods such as thought modeling, tapping, and reiki to find the unique energy management process that works for you.

As former president of the Overachievers Club, I’ve been where you are. I couldn’t figure out why I was burned out and exhausted.

I really thought that high stress, long hours and sacrifice was just the price of success. I didn’t know that it could be different.

The chronic stress and pressure

was affecting my work, my team, my family and my health.

I tried time management, diets…all the things. It kept getting worse and worse until I started having physical issues…lots of colds, lots of headaches, and lots of heartburn.

My body was trying to tell me something and I wasn’t listening. I kept pushing through it to achieve the next goal.

What I didn’t realize is that I had an ingrained belief that achievement was what made me worthy and that I should achieve at all costs. I also believed that I worked better under pressure so my subconscious was creating lots of pressure for me.

I ignored it all.

I drove myself to achieve through emotional and physical pain. I buried all that pain in a box way deep. I was really good at ignoring the pain and pushing my way through it, until I started having chest pains and visions of dying young like my father. Frankly it scared the shit out of me and I knew I had to do something different.

It was just a process problem. With lots of research and lots of experimentation, I’ve found the process to get back to a Lit Up life.

I’d be honored to help you get off the hamster wheel and retire your burnout badge. You can be a success and have a peaceful life. Let’s go!
